My Story

Before launching this business, I spent two years at a general contracting firm with an in-house real estate investment division. That experience gave me firsthand exposure to every stage of the real estate lifecycle — from construction, permitting, and rehabilitation to long-term property management. Working on projects for municipal, county, state, and federal clients taught me how to evaluate assets based on their physical condition, operational requirements, and long-term performance — not just their purchase price.

In August 2025, I founded my own real estate investment company with a focus on acquiring and operating cash-flowing rental properties throughout Chicago's South Side and surrounding south suburbs. Every acquisition is evaluated using conservative underwriting based on verified rents, operating expenses, property taxes, maintenance costs, and local market fundamentals. My investment philosophy is simple: prioritize durable cash flow and disciplined risk management over optimistic projections.

Today, I oversee every aspect of each investment — from sourcing and acquiring properties to tenant management, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and ongoing asset management. This hands-on approach allows investors to participate in professionally managed real estate while avoiding the day-to-day responsibilities of property ownership. My goal is to build long-term investor relationships through transparency, disciplined execution, and consistent performance grounded in real operating results.
